If you wish to enroll in either course please follow these steps.
1. Print out the form.
2. Complete all your details including your payment option. Cheques are to be made payable to 'Better Publishing'.
3. Return the form to photo-college By fax (07) 3342 1535
or   post to Photo-College.com Administration PO Box 281 Coorparoo 4151

After receiving your enrolment, we will send you confirmation of your enrolment, a receipt and your personal log-in and password.
